- •No refunds are issued if a booked appointment slot is missed.
- •Appointments are conducted over a normal phone call or WhatsApp call only. Video calls are not offered.
- •No prior notice or reminder will be given before your appointment slot.
- •Session duration is 30 minutes for individual sessions and 1 hour for couple sessions.
