Update

Continued use of the Website after any such amendment shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

User consent

By accessing, browsing, or booking through this website, you ("Client," "You," "Your") indicate that you understand these terms and unconditionally and expressly consent to them and agree to abide by them. If you do not agree with these Terms of Usage, please do not proceed with booking or payment.

You are advised to read these terms carefully before booking a consultation, ordering an anushthan or yantra, or otherwise using the Website. Your continued use of the Website, irrespective of amendments made from time to time, shall signify your acceptance of these Terms and your agreement to be legally bound by them.

General description

The website is an internet-based platform that provides Vedic astrology consultations, anushthans, and energized yantras (collectively, the "Content").

Consultation Services are held exclusively over a normal phone call or WhatsApp call and are currently offered across eight categories: (1) Indian Clients—Online Consultation, (2) NRI / Working Abroad—Online Consultation, (3) In-Person Meetings at the Gurgaon Residence, (4) Kundli Milan (horoscope matching), (5) Birth Time Rectification & Analysis, (6) Prashna Kundali, (7) Advance 3 Appointments—Full Year, and (8) Past Life Karmic Energy Study.

Anushthans are performed with sankalp taken in the client's name and gotra, with prasad couriered upon completion. Yantras are brass and copper plates stated to be energized with a prescribed mantra count prior to dispatch.

Video calls are not offered under any circumstances. All consultations are conducted by voice call over telephone or WhatsApp only.

• Provide current, complete, and accurate information about yourself, including birth date, time, place, name, and, where relevant, gotra, as prompted by the Website or our representatives.
• Maintain and update such information as required, with a view to keeping it accurate and current.

Registration, booking, and eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 years and are competent to enter into a legally binding and enforceable contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. The Website shall not be held responsible for misuse by any person, including a minor. You may book on behalf of, or ask questions relating to, a minor family member, provided the booking and payment are made and authorized by you as the adult client.

To avail services, you must provide accurate, current, and complete Booking Data, including your preferred consultation category, contact number, and birth details.

Bookings may be confirmed via WhatsApp at +91 96504 91836 or +91 98107 18896, or through the website's booking system. If supplied information is inaccurate, incomplete, or untrue, we reserve the right to decline, suspend, or cancel your booking.

The right to avail of services booked by you is personal and not transferable, except where expressly booked for a family member as described above.

You understand that personal data, including payment or card details, transmitted over the internet may be susceptible to misuse, hacking, theft, or fraud and that the website and its payment providers have no control beyond taking reasonable security measures.

We do not permit use of the Services by residents of jurisdictions that prohibit astrological or allied spiritual services, or where use would violate applicable local religious or legal restrictions.

Phone / WhatsApp consultation

The website provides services by ordinary phone call and WhatsApp voice call with the practitioner engaged by the website. You consent to receiving a call on your provided mobile number at the scheduled time, even if the number is registered under Do Not Disturb, solely to deliver the booked service.

Standard sittings are thirty (30) minutes for individual consultations and one (1) hour for couples' consultations, unless a different duration is specified for a particular category, such as the one-hour Past Life Karmic Energy Study. Urgent or express slots may carry different pricing and turnaround as stated when booking.

Anushthans and yantras

Anushthans are performed with sankalp taken in the client's name and gotra as supplied at booking. You are solely responsible for their accuracy, and no liability shall attach to the website for consequences arising from inaccurate details.

Prasad, where applicable, shall be couriered to the supplied address after completion. We will use reasonable efforts to assist with delivery issues but are not liable for delay, loss, or damage in transit after handover to the courier.

Yantras described as energized follow traditional practice through recitation of a prescribed mantra count before dispatch. This reflects a traditional and spiritual process, not a scientific, medical, or empirically verifiable claim, and no warranty is made as to any material or spiritual effect.

Product images are for reference only. Minor variations in material, finish, size, or engraving may occur, particularly in handcrafted brass and copper items, and do not alone qualify for a refund.

Website content

The website and its content are private property. All interaction with the Website, including guidance received during a consultation, must comply with these Terms.

You shall not transmit through the Website, WhatsApp, or related channels material that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, vulgar, obscene, profane, or otherwise objectionable, or that encourages criminal conduct or civil liability.

We may suspend or terminate access or refuse Services for violation of these Terms, and may modify or discontinue any feature, content, category, price, or service availability without prior notice.

Nothing on the website, or said during a consultation or anushthan, is medical, legal, financial, or psychiatric advice. Astrological consultations are for personal insight, guidance, and reflection only. Consult appropriately qualified professionals for diagnosis, treatment, legal counsel, or financial decisions.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, or benefit from any consultation, anushthan, or yantra. Access and use are entirely at the client's own risk.

Privacy policy

By using this website and its services, you acknowledge and consent to collection and use of personal data—including birth details, name, gotra, contact information, and payment data—in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000; the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011; and, where applicable, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We take reasonable steps to protect your data but are not liable for unauthorized access caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including your negligence in sharing account or payment credentials. We treat personal and birth details with discretion and confidentiality and do not sell personal information to third parties.

Breach and termination

We may, without prior notice, decline, modify, reschedule, or discontinue a booked service where the client supplied false, incomplete, or misleading booking data, or where continuing the service may expose the website to legal liability.

Violation of these Terms may lead to immediate cancellation of a pending booking without refund, except as provided under Delivery, Cancellation, and Refund. Your relationship with the website is limited to that of a client using services personally and acting on your own behalf.

Delivery, cancellation, and refund

• No refund shall be processed for a missed appointment slot. It is the Client's responsibility to be reachable by phone or WhatsApp at the scheduled time.
• Once an anushthan has commenced through sankalp in the client's name and gotra, or a yantra has entered production or energization, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund shall be processed.
• Consultation cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment to be eligible for a refund or future-session credit. Later requests are not eligible.
• No refund shall be processed where incorrect birth details, name, gotra, or contact information was supplied. Verify all information before submission.
• No refund shall be processed due to dissatisfaction with a prediction, reading, or remedy because astrology is a matter of traditional belief and interpretation and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
• Shop items may be returned only where materially defective or damaged on arrival and reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence. Custom, consecrated, or perishable items, including prasad, are not returnable except for a genuine defect.
• Technical delays or call issues will be assessed case by case. A session not delivered in full may, at our discretion, be rescheduled or partially refunded, but this is not guaranteed.
• Approved refunds shall be processed to the original payment method within 4–5 business days, less payment gateway charges actually incurred where applicable.
• We may decline or cancel a booking due to practitioner non-availability, pricing error, technical issue, or another reason. If we cancel after payment, the amount paid shall be refunded in full.

Client obligations

You must not violate these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or other website terms and represent that you use the services personally and non-commercially. You shall not:

• Post or transmit false, misleading, defamatory, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, privacy-invasive, offensive, hateful, or harmful material.
• Make available content you have no right to share or that infringes copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights.
• Send unsolicited messages, spam, or promotional material.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the website, systems, or practitioner network.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation within or outside India.
• Resell, commercially distribute recordings of, or commercially use the Services without written consent.
• Act abusively, discourteously, or inappropriately toward practitioners or staff. We may withdraw service and decline future bookings without refund.
• Provide false feedback or fabricated complaints. Confirmed false complaints may result in refusal of future bookings.

Payment and bank account information

Payment is required in advance in Indian Rupees (INR) to confirm bookings and orders using the methods offered on the website.

Debit card, credit card, or UPI details must be accurate and lawfully yours or used with the lawful holder's authorization. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds.

The website and payment providers are not liable for loss from unauthorized use of your payment instrument except to the extent caused by our negligence.

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain in effect and the invalid provision will be replaced by a valid provision most closely reflecting its intent.

Disclaimer / limitation of liability / warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you expressly understand and agree that:

• Astrological guidance is based on the practitioner's knowledge, experience, and interpretation of traditional Vedic astrology. Outcomes vary and no prediction, remedy, anushthan, or yantra is warranted to produce a specific result or be error-free.
• Recommendations are made in good faith from traditional practice. We do not warrant that services will meet your requirements or that results will be accurate, reliable, or produce material, financial, or health outcomes.
• You must fully and honestly disclose relevant circumstances. Non-disclosure or inaccurate disclosure creates no liability for us.
• The Website, Services, and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement.
• We are not liable for inaccuracies, errors, delays, non-performance, interruption, or loss arising from network or telecommunications issues beyond our control.
• The Website, practitioners, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages connected with the Services.
• Our total liability for any cause is limited to the amount actually paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, pandemics, network failures, or courier disruption.
• The website is not a suicide helpline or crisis service. For a medical or psychiatric emergency, seek appropriate professional or emergency help immediately.

Indemnification

You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Website, its practitioners, officers, employees, and agents from third-party claims, liability, damages, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of Services, breach of these Terms or our Privacy Policy, inaccurate information, or violation of law or third-party rights.

Proprietary rights to content

All website content, including text, images, service descriptions, logos, and graphics, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works without written authorization. Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.

Notices

Unless otherwise stated, notices shall be in writing and sent by email or WhatsApp to the details provided at booking and to the website contacts below. Notice is deemed given twenty-four (24) hours after sending.

Restricted conduct

We maintain zero tolerance toward content or conduct that:

• Facilitates exploitation, endangerment, or sexualization of a minor.
• Contains sexual content, profanity, or material intended to be sexually gratifying.
• Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination based on race, religion, caste, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or another protected characteristic.
• Relates to terrorism or glorifies violence against civilians.
• Constitutes bullying, harassment, blackmail, or exploitation.
• Facilitates sale of explosives, firearms, narcotics, or psychotropic substances restricted under applicable Indian law.

Third-party links

The website may contain links to third-party websites or payment gateways not owned or controlled by us. We assume no responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or reliability, and use is at your own risk.

Errors, corrections, and right to modify

We do not warrant that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted. We may change features, content, pricing, or service availability at any time, with or without notice, and are not liable for modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith discussion. Failing amicable resolution, they shall be finally resolved by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties, seated in Gurgaon, Haryana, conducted in English under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The award shall be final and binding.

Either party may seek interim relief from competent courts at Gurgaon, Haryana, which have exclusive jurisdiction for that limited purpose.

Nothing affects your right as a consumer to approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, including through e-Daakhil at edaakhil.nic.in, or the National Consumer Helpline at 1915 under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
